The Taimana Necklace is a refined expression of the Waharua Kōpito pattern, a design grounded in self-determination, unity, and the strength we draw from our relationships, both with others and with ourselves. When the two mouths are placed in formation with the niho (teeth), they speak to connection, resilience, and shared empowerment. The line work and notches symbolise tāngata, the people, standing strong together.
This kaupapa is guided by the enduring words of Kīngi Tāwhiao:
“Ki te kotahi te kākaho ka whati, ki te kāpuia e kore e whati.”

Crafted with an 18ct gold plated finish, the pendant carries a warm, glowing richness that elevates any outfit with cultural intention and contemporary elegance. The matching chain is stainless steel and hypoallergenic, offering comfort and durability for everyday wear.
