SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Options
Pick up at Ahu Boutique (Rotorua) – FREE
Tracked shipping within NZ – $9.50
Tracked shipping to Australia – $40.00
Tracked international shipping (Rest of World) – $50.00
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
We do not process orders over weekends.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and processed.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives.
If you need the in-stock items sooner, you will need to place a separate order.
Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand: 2–5 working days
Rural: Please allow an extra 1–2 days
Australia: 7–14 working days
Rest of World: 10–20 working days depending on location
Please note delivery delays may occur which are outside of our control.
Tracking
Tracking details are automatically emailed to you once your order has been processed.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Mis-Directed Parcels
Once parcels are passed to the courier, they are in the care of Aramex or the relevant delivery provider.
If your parcel is delayed, mis-directed, or appears lost, you may lodge an investigation directly with the courier.
In some cases the courier may request that Ahu Boutique contacts them on your behalf — if so, please get in touch with us.
Ahu Boutique is not liable for delays or errors made by courier services.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
1. Definitions
Final Sale: Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
Pre-Order: Items purchased in advance and delivered at a later date. Pre-orders are final sale once purchased.
Return: Sending an item back for inspection under this policy.
Exchange: Replacing the same item with a different size/colour, if available.
Refund: Only offered for faulty items or at Ahu Boutique’s discretion.
Store Credit: Issued for eligible returns and does not expire.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We may offer an exchange or store credit if the item:

is returned within 14 working days of delivery

is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

has all original tags attached
-
is returned using tracked shipping (customer cost)
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Once your pre-order arrives in NZ, we may offer:

An exchange (same item, different size) if available, or
-
Store credit if no exchange size is available
Refunds are not offered on pre-orders unless the item is deemed faulty.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked FINAL SALE, including promotional and discounted items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
This includes:

PRE-ORDER items
-
Gift vouchers
-
Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
5. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at info@ahuboutique.com within a reasonable timeframe with:

Your order number
-
A description of the fault
-
Clear photos of the issue
If the item is deemed faulty, Ahu Boutique may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty.
6. Incorrect Orders
If the wrong item is sent, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item once the original is received.
7. Worn or Unclean Items
Faulty items that have been worn must be clean.
We cannot inspect or process soiled or unwashed returns.
8. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or buyer’s remorse.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST.
Prices may change without notice.
Colours
We aim to represent colours as accurately as possible.
However due to screen variations, colours shown online may differ slightly from the actual product.
Sizing
We do our best to maintain consistency across garments.
However, sizing can vary depending on style, fabric, and production.
Please refer to the size guide on each product page.
Pre-Order Timeframes
Pre-order dates are estimates only and may vary due to freight, production, or supplier delays.
We will do our best to update customers if delays occur.
